    Well-kept and well-equipped rooms with cooler! A great selection of tasty food. Prime location by many restaurants, and 15 minute walk from an Olympic stadium. Smooth check-in and late check-out, parking on-site.

    Clean hotel, brilliantly friendly and excellent team members at the bell desk. Very impressed with classic king room. A hot tub in the bathroom. Magnificent location in a lovely area close to the enormous COEX, walking distance to Jamsil stadium, and metro, restaurants, shopping and nightlife all within walking distance.

    the facility was excellent and good location for my business at COEX. The staffs in concierge was very helpful.

    Some of the staffs need more training. I was told off for using sleepers out of the room by one of the staffs in a rude manner. Chefs and servers were chatting in the dinning area in a restaurant. I had to ask coffee twice as the first coffee was served with unclean cup. You better use English rather than Korean to be better served at the hotel.

    The breakfast is sumptuous, very good (in the brasserie at floor 1). Unfortunately Booked.net choice incl. Breakfast was in Club Executive room, so what you get is a nice - less crowded -lounge at floor 2 but with a much less varied and serviced breakfast! So if you want "ordinary" breakfast, you need to pay for it 45,000 won, about 30 Euros. But if you don't get the Club Executive, you will pay 24-hrs internet access around 20 euros! This in a country were everybody and every place is wifi zone (metros, even buses!) tip: book a club executive room at high floors w/o breakfast!

    The fact that you couldn't choose the "full" breakfast if you book the (more expensive) business/club executive rooms.

    The indoor pool and fitness center were great spots to relax, even though the breakfast had a pretty long wait on busy days. I'd definitely recommend indulging in the afternoon tea when you're there 😊

    Staying here was a dream come true! The breakfast buffet had the BEST organic juices and beautifully baked croissants. The carpet in my room was a bit worn. Would totally recommend 😊

    My room, with a lovely temple view, was comfortable, but some aspects felt dated, and noise from outside could be an issue. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices, perfect for starting the day.
